Operations

Operations & Logistics
National Service
Accra, Ghana 12 Months

Support the day-to-day operations of our environmental monitoring projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to coordinate field activities, manage logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating field monitoring activities and site visits
  • Support project scheduling and resource allocation
  • Help maintain operational records and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries
  • Assist in inventory management and equipment tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Accounting

Finance & Administration
National Service
Accra, Ghana 12 Months

Join our finance team to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. You will assist with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative support to ensure the financial health of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable
  • Support preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Help reconcile bank statements and petty cash records
  • Assist in processing invoices and payment documentation
  • Support budget tracking and expense reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Marketing

Marketing & Communications

Be part of our marketing team and help drive brand awareness and client engagement. You will contribute to digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and strategic communications across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Create content for social media platforms and the company website
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
  • Help track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotional activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

IT

Information Technology

Join our IT department to support the technology infrastructure that powers our environmental monitoring systems. You will gain exposure to software development, system administration, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks
  • Support the development and testing of internal software tools
  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
  • Assist in data management and database administration tasks
  • Provide technical support to staff and document IT processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Solid understanding of computer systems and networking basics
  • Familiarity with programming languages and web technologies
  • Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
  • Experience with database management is a plus

Analytics

Data & Analytics
National Service
Accra, Ghana 12 Months

Join our analytics team to help turn real-time environmental monitoring data into actionable insights. You will support dashboard development, data quality checks, and reporting for our GOCEMS platform and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and validating incoming sensor and monitoring data
  • Support the development of dashboards and automated reports
  • Help identify data trends, anomalies, and threshold breaches
  • Assist in preparing analytics summaries for client and regulatory reporting
  • Support testing and QA of new analytics features
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus

Applicants should be tertiary graduates who have been validated for posting by the National Service Secretariat (NSS). We welcome candidates from all accredited universities and polytechnics across Ghana.

We recommend applying to the single role that best matches your background and interests. If you're unsure which department is the right fit, feel free to reach out to our HR team before submitting the form.

We review applications on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates are typically contacted for an interview within 1–2 weeks of submitting their application.

Outstanding National Service personnel are considered for full-time roles as positions become available within the company.
